Working makepkg implementation help?

Hi,

i tried to create a retail pkg, first I created the self, what worked perfectly and then I tried to use the F0f makeself.exe, but this program can't pack folders, so it's useless because every application requires the USRDIR. Does anybody know a working program to create retail packages ? (no pseudo retail ones)
