I have tried dlc from the psn that is labeled as "free", but it doesn't work in-game. It installs fine, shows up in the xmb fine, and I do not get any messages about updating the license or any other errors.

Is there any way to get free dlc to actually work in-game? The ones I have tried are the gigawatt blades for infamous, pacific rift liveries, and fairytale fights characters.
