Upgrade 3.55 CFW to 4.xx question help?

I Have the CECHG04 Model (Fat 40GB) and i have the 3.55 KMEAW CFW. i looked a bit and i saw the 4.30CFW is released. Where can i download it? (i mean which is the real one..) and secondly, is it safe? i mean is anyone bricked from this??

Right now there is no need for it, cause most of the new games are hacked, and there is 4.31 spoof for 3.55 kmeaw to play online, but if you want to upgrade to 4.30cfw keep in mind that you have to resign PSN games and 3.55 pkgs.anyway take a look at this
