Updating Gaia Manager to 1.04.1 help?

Hi
Sorry for the noob question, but I have tried installing the new Gaia manager (1.04.1), I had 1.04 installed. It says it has installed successfully but doesnt appear to have updated to the new version as it is still showing as 1.04. Do you know what I have done wrong or not done?

First delete and reinstall. 1.04.1 looks 1.04 on my ps3 too. It doesn't matter.
