updating eboot modified games possible?

Is it possible to update the games with modified eboots... i was curious with the new game options menu in multi-man with the update button if it would update the eboot mods correctly?

Most likely not. Most game updates are going to modify/replace the eboot file, which will break the mod. You can update games that require up to 3.55 firmware, but anything with a modified eboot will probably stop working after a game update.
