Is there a way to play PSP games on PS3 w/out PSP?

I was wondering if there was a way to play PSP games on a PS3 without using a PSP? I have no interest in owning a PSP, but there are a couple of games I would like to play.

I tried to do a search, but I couldn't find an answer. Any assistance would be appreciated.

no, you can't. you can play on PS3 the PS1 games available on PSN that are formatted for PS3/PSP.

Some PSP games are also available or ported to PS3 (or viceversa), like: Everyday Shooter, Super Stardust, Go! Puzzle, Go! Sudoku, Lemmings, Lego Batman, Need for Speed Undercover, Need for Speed Carbon, Gripshift, Full Auto 2: Battlelines, Harry Potter, etc.
