You can backup PS3 games using Linux (http://ps3.ps3news.com) or PS3 SAK, but there is no way to play them yet... so no, no PS3 iSO Loader

There's plenty of guides around to install another OS on your PS3, though I recommend you have a HDTV, as the display isn't all that great on my SDTV. Quick question though, can your computer with the Blu-Ray drive read the PS3 disks?

No there isn't and you can not copy bd discs on pc, doesn't work. The solution is make an image from the ps3 bd and then with an external hd you can run it, but for now is only a mirage.
