Teensy USB Development Tool 2.0 Troubles

I got a Teensy USB Development Tool 2.0 and I can't get it to connect with any software - I've tried Atmel Flip, Teensy Loader - neither work. I press the button, doesn't connect or do anything, I hold the button, does nothing. I try Auto-Connect, the same

When I go into Computer Management, it comes up. I tired installing the drivers I got with Flip, and that just categorized it, but it says that the drivers are unsigned, so I don't know if that's the problem or not, I can't find any signed drivers to test.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, if that helps at all.
