Slow PSN with new router

Hi,

I got a new router recently (Netgear WNR2000) and after installing it, PSN works REALLY REALLY slow. I used to get full 10mbit transfers with PSN and yesterday it took me almost an hour to get the 288mb BC2 update! Game and demo downloads are also really slow on PSN. Are there any ports I should open in the router to get things running again?

I don't game online myself, but according to Yahoo the following ports need to be opened for the PS3:

10070 | 10080 | TCP
10070 | 10070 | UDP
6000 | 6999 | UDP
