    [Answered] Run Linux without the need for a PS3 downgrade?

    hi all,

    I have two questions:

    Is there any way to run Linux without the need for downgrade ? If I had ps3 that supports Linux.

    Is there a system for movies like what we see in popcorn or wd live ?

    no you'll have to downgrade or look into asbestOS (use the search function) and movie playback under linux on the ps3 sucks, the performance is far too poor even for the smallest clip.
