restoring ps3 tv icons help?

hi, don't know if its been posted before but i've found a way of restoring the tv icons without signing in to psn.

that all you need to do is do system file rebuild once that's done just go it to the playstation 3 store on your ps3 and in about 10 min after that restart your ps3 and your tv icon should be restored.
