First of all excuse my ignorance cause I am kind of noob with ps3.

I have read that you can send a magic packet to start up remotely a ps3 lets say via lan, with the use of the wake on lan feature . So far so good.

I have also read that with a psp you can do that and also shut down remotely the ps3. Does anyone have any idea what is the packet that psp sends to shut down ps3 ?? Is there an api or something that i can use to shutdown ps3 from pc, remotely ?
