Purchased DLCs, how to get the PKG link help?

Hi. A friend has purchased 2 of 3 mercenaries maps for RE6. How can we do to get the PKG link?

Without logging in PSN on your CFW, Setup your ps3 with a proxy app. Then redownload the DLC on your mates PS3, it should pop up with a link on your proxy program. Grab that link and download it in a browser or Download manager and you have the PKG...

There could be another way now, as I haven't done it in a long time, but that's how I got my PKG's when we couln't get on PSN...
