ps3 usb ports freezing in the video or sometimes no video

my ps3 usb ports and freezing in the video, or sometimes no video please help !

how can i replace the usb ports? how do i solder them off and put new ones on or fix the ones i have on there. i can't even go into recovery menu.

please help.
