PS3 Slim won't take discs help?

Guys I got a PS3 slim from ebay with a faulty laser so I replaced laser and deck with a brand new one but drive won't take any disc.
I have replaced a deck and laser before before and it was dead easy but for some reason this time it wont take discs.

Is there something I can do or try ?
