PS3 Remote Play using PSP with custom firmware

Hi there,

I have had my PSP for 2 years and have custom firmware on it and I just bought myself a PS3. I followed the instructions to connect them via USB but the PSP wasn't recognized. It appears in the XMB as a disk so my media is available but it does recognize it as a device. The firmware appears to support remote play as it is included in the menu on the PSP. Any assistance on this would be most appreciated.

i might just give that a try myself, tried it before when i had an older CW on my psp but now i have 3.9 i'll give it a whirl.

i think you have to have the latest psp firmware for it to work because my slim is at 3.71 m33-4 and it keeps sayin i need to update, but i like my 3.71 .rco theme and i dont feel like switchin to a cfw where most of the homebrew i have now-wont work.
