    [UnAnswered] ps3 problem

    When turn on my ps3 it stays on for 2 sec. and turn back off. can someone help?

    Hi,

    Have you tried holding the on button until it beeps? This will reset the console to factory settings and may cure your problem.

    Have you recently upgraded the firmware or installed linux?

    do you see anything on the screen? words? does the screen "flash" (when tv detects video signal)?
