ps3 patch question

i want to load a file from the hdd not the disc of a game, but i still want to use the disc lol.

Is there a way to edit the patch so that it loads the file on the hdd instead??

Yes, simply put that file in that games dir on the hdd in the same folder as on the disc. The dir will be something like /game/gameIDhere
