I guess I've never had a need to try PAL formats on my NTSC (US) hardware. This week Aqua Vita is supposed to come out in Europe, and I really want to try it out this week (and not wait 6 more weeks for it to be available in the US.)

Does anyone have advise on whether this will work or not?

A) If I made a EUR PSN account, would my US charge card work?

B) If I downloaded a PAL game, would it play on my US PS3 and US TV (I just don't know enough about PAL, other than it is a slightly larger video resolution over NTSC)? Or since this a game, not a movie, the PAL vs NTSC doesn't really matter?
