PS3 with old Rebug CFW to the latest CFW help?

Hi everybody,

I have a ps3 slim with an old rebug CFW and now i want update it to the latest CFW and options but i don't know what to do? There are many CFW but what is the best one and can i use PSN to play online with CFW?

My ps3 is not flagged or something, it has the rebug v1 from 2011. i hope someone can help me with an step by step tutorial already
