PS3 model cech-2504b downgradable?

Hi,

My cousin bought a PS3 that came with 3.70 and has model number cech-2504b. A lot of people say it's downgradable, but some say it isn't because it came with 3.70.

Can someone please help me?

They can be downgraded in a sense that you can install Cfw on them like rogero 4.30 or rebug 4.21, but as far as 3.55 Cfw no it can't be done. Thanks.
