there is no working publicly released jb or cfw for 4.20 it is fake.

DO NOT download it unless you see it on a site like ps3news.com and it is front page news mate.

use mincheckver to see max downgrade firmware, then take hardware flasher and downgrade it to 3.55 and enjoy cfw!

or, you can try to hack the password by using password decrypt program and wait for ages for it to crack and check out whats inside it... viruses maybe...
