    [UnAnswered] PS3 FW Question

    Sorry if this has been asked already but I searched and didn't find the answer. But ahh How do you make a backup copy of your Personal firmware or watever since each console's firmware is unique. I just bought an 80 GB and want to backup the firmware it originally came with before updateing to the latest.

    You will need an Infectus mod-chip installed, and then just follow their guides on the site here: http://www.infectus.biz/

    They also have support forums for help.. I know a few of the devs with an Infectus here posted on them for assistance getting theirs up and running mainly because not many have one here for help.
