    Unhappy [UnAnswered] PS3 DVD Playback help

    Just stuck a backed up dvd into my ps3 and its black and white tried a few and there all the same any body know of a way around it using a normal tv and scart cable. ps3 ver 1.8 pal uk and a pal uk tv

    any sugestions welcome

    You probably mean the green hue in the picture, right?

    If that's your case, there isn't much that you can do. This is happening due to copy-protection protocol Macrovision. Just use the standard AV cable when you watch DVDs on your PS3 or get a scart cable with a DVD-Video function switch.
