PS3 Drive will not spin the disk help?

Okay so my old 60GB PHAT PS3 takes disks and ejects them, just does not load a disk. I opened her up and powered up. Inserted a disk and closely watched. The disk gets loaded BUT nor the red or the blue laser come on. Neither does the disk start spinning.

Does anybody know what parts need replacing? The Blu-ray unit? The Spindle? Or the whole drive?
