ps3 doubts

i dont have ps3 console,but i need to research for something ...

what speed BR games are using ?? 1x , 2x?

when playing a ps3 title,what ps3 makes if you eject the disc ... "insert disc" as wii makes,or it goes to menu ?

in RFOM (resistance) if you eject the disc you still keep playing and can until you reach a point it needs to load info to the hdd for the next level ect.
