PS3 Broken Tristate help?

I have a ps3 slim bricked (all backups are fine), and with broken tristate point. Is there anyway to fix this ?

I have searched a lot and cannot find an answer for alternatives.

You can solder the wire directly to the nor chip on that certain pin. Thanks
