PS3 4.31 Jailbreak questions help?

hi y'all. i have got to jailbreak my ps3. i have ofw 4.31. theres too many directions to choose from. i want to stay safe online (psn) but need to be able to use homebrew too. looking for advice from any and all. thank you.

You can't Jailbreak your Ps3 on this firmware, for jailbreaking your ps3 it should be on 3.55v

They have some ps3's on ebay with firmware 3.55 and below

If you have a ps3 already then just downgrade it and you are good to go. If it is one that can't be downgraded then you will have to get another ps3. thanks
