PS3 3.60x cfw without downgrading help?

Hey guys I recently heard about the Lv0 keys being leaked and I was disappointed to see that you had to downgrade or be on 3.55 to be able to install the 4.21 cfw, so I was wondering if their would be or if their is a cfw firmware I could install from 3.60x ofw and not have to downgrade to 3.55 first

This is what I've been wishing. I want it to happen for 4.30 and 4.25 so you can be on ofw and use those.
