    [Answered] Ps2 Folder on PS3 40gb?

    I noticed when using transfering files over via FTP that my 40gb ps3 has 2 folders refering to ps2 games. I cannot access them but I was just wondering what purpose if any they have.

    The folder is there but have no use and function in Non 60GB consoles as it doesn't have the Emotion Engine to play PS2 games.

    Every ps3 of the same firmware number, 3.41 for example gets the same files for firmware its your hardware that determines whats avaliable.
