Problem with the PS3 controller help?

Dear experts, I have 2 PS3, both on Kmeaw 3.55.

In the first ps3 the controller's "X" button refer to Open, and the "O" refer to Back. In the second ps3 the controller's "X" button refer to Back, and the "O" refer to Open. How can I the second ps3's controller be like the first one? so when pressing X, it open, and when pressing O it go back?

it is set to "japanese" controls and the other is normal. the x open o back is normal.
