Problem with Atmel Flip

Hello,

I have a problem with FLIP Software, when i want to update psgroove.

I received a message: "blank check fail at 0x0000"

or could not write on USB.. it's atmega32u2.

Load the hex and then hit the run button. Press the upgrade button once then open port. Hit the run button on the left and that's it.
