Patch restrictions of cellftp on DECH/DECR help?

Is there any way to patch the restrictions of the cellftp on DECH/DECR consoles to allow access to:

/dev_hdd0/
-crash_report/
-vm/
-mms/
-vsh/
-tmp/
-home/
-drm/
.. and so on?

Atm you can only access:
/app_home/
/host_root/
/dev_flash/
/dev_bdvd/
/dev_hdd0/
-game_debug/
-game/
-updater/
-data/

I tried the cellftp.self, every FTP app & and the TM File Explorer on every FW with the same result.

Use multiman for dex. Thats what i use.
