param sfo editor help?

hi ther i was just trying to find a link to download the sfo editor so i can try get medal of honor working.. i know it's there just can't see it.. grrr... LOL.

if anyone can help would be greatly appreciated.. for windows... 32.. also is there a program that will split files >4gb so i can put games with those big files on my external.. cheers, i use ps3 break 1.1.
