PAIN - is it worth getting?

i first started out downloading PAIN themes cause they had sexy ladys as my background as well as "naughty" sound effects. i was browsing thru the playstation store and i came across the full game ..saw the preview but just wondering from anyones first hand experience is this worth getting? caught my eye n looks pretty cool n entertaining. feedback is appreciated thanks!
