You better try searching, as the last few posts you made have all been covered here already. In short, you can't delete OtherOS once you install one... you can only replace it with another OtherOS, or set the default as your PS3 XMB.
You can reformat your PS3 and it will remove the otherOS partition. You will lose all data on the PS3 partition as well however.
The only way not to lose all the data and pictures etc is to save them on a memory card. The best one to save them on is the PSP memory card because you can view the pictures and videos.
