Offical Sony Eboot.bin help?

I'm trying to get the elf and self off of offical sony eboot. I am also trying to copy an sce encrypted game disk. I've tried to make an .iso with anydvd, isobuster, dvdfab, nero, and when i burn the iso to disk the ps3 sees it as a data disk not a game disk. None of the programs are reading the encrypted header on the eboot correctly. Any ideas?

Just use the SCE or other Tools with the corresponding keys to decrypt the eboot
