Newbie and posts??

Hello everyone..

I'm a newbie and want to download something but I can't download.. I have to make 3 posts first.. So I made 3 posts but I'm still a newbie and still can't acces the downloads on this site..

Can anyone explain me what I should do or how it's works on this site?
