New PS3 CFW upgrade help?

Hi all,

Its been a while since i first fitted out my ps3 with CFW so im hoping to upgrade to the latest. I've been out of the scene for a long time and quite frankly i am overwhelmed with the new programs and different CFW's etc.

So currently i have 3.55 KMEAW when it was released quite some time ago. What should i look to upgrade to? I still require my backup manager. My ps3 is a CECH-2102B if thats required.
