Need Hermes4b for TI-84 Calculator help?

Hey i use my Ti-84 to JB my PS3, i want to use the new Hermes4b payload but i need the .bin file, i have only been able to find the .hex files for other dongles and such but i need just the .bin file for my calculator.

i am new to this stuff, only just got my PS3 last week, so any help would be appreciated.
