I have a valid nor dump from a broken PS3. I was able to find my console ID. Can anyone tell me how I can locate the PSID? Is there a good tutorial? Thanks!!!

You can get find the ConsoleID/IDPS is at offset 0x0002F070 on a NOR flash dump and at offset 0x00080870 on a NAND flash dump.
    You can get your PSID from a LV-2 memory dump, on 4.21 it's at 0x00477EB4 on 3.55 it's at 0x0045218C and on 3.41 it's at 0x00452174.

Note: The wiki says that your IDPS is at offset 0x00080870 on a nand but I found it at offset 0x00040870.

You are looking at it already. If you want you could upload your dump and PM me a link and I'll do the whole thing for you, then send it back to you. The process is a bit complicated and I have not seen a full TUT on it anywhere, I'm not really sure if it would be a good idea either?? Well your choice I got 2 working ID's left.

Don't really want to upload the dump for various reasons. Just want to know where it is located in the NOR dump.

Your IDPS is located at two offsets and its the only thing you need. You said you found your console-id so you got what you need already.

I was understanding you now need a vaild PSID AND consoleID from the same console to unban. That's why I need to know how to locate it in the dump. I am understanding this incorrectly?

I only changed my ConsoleID/IDPS and didn't change the PSID and it works.

You need a vaild one from a non-ban console. With the app its not console specific, I'm using a 3k model on mine. Don't feel bad the info is very confusing. You just need your IDPS which is known as console-id. I though that's what you found in your dump. I'll PM you how to find it.
