Modifing PS3 XMB categories help?

I have updated to rebug rex 4.21 lately and everything works fine, but one thing really bugs me. this stupid tv category on xmb, which i have no use for. anybody know how to completely remove this category on 4.x?

if using the method from ps3mfw builder task, to remove categories and modifying the xmb_plugin rco, it only makes them empty, but they remain visible on xmb. I think there must be a way, but how?

Maybe you are not editing the proper files to remove it.
