Keep existing trophies when upgrading JB PS3 HDD?

Currently, is there anyway to keep the existing (offline) trophies when upgrading a Jailbroken PS3 HDD? I recently upgrade my 120GB to 500GB, but all my trophies are not backup using the backup function.

Given that I want to keep my ps3 in 3.41, I cannot go online to sync the trophies, are there any other way to transfer trophies?

Is there still way to bypass the fw check and go on psn for awhile just to sync the trouphy info?
