How to Updates Games on my JB PS3?

I know this question is answered many times but i couldnt found it anywhere!

I have Downloaded a Update file here on this page called: Modnation racers 1.02.PKG

and i have searched on google anything but i couldnt find a good tutorial! know i have decided to ask the one of the Best pages i know

Please can someone make or send me a link to a Tut for How to Install PKG update Files?

front page, right side, closer to bottom "Retail PlayStation Network Links" I assume (seeing as there is a Madden 11 update as well that clicking on results in a .pkg download i assume this is where these updates all are)

if it is a pkg file you put it on a usb then use the install package files just like you did for backup manager

Cause you try to install a RETAIL PKG with JB, that wont work. Search the debug Links

Yes i Know i'm just download it and on the tutural there i didn't listen about a PKG file? just a Eboot?

can i install it like a normal PKG file like homebrews etc? or like the tutorial you gave me?

and a second question : there are 2 update patches for a game. one called : v1.02 and the other called v1.03.

i have to install both? or just the newer on?

First of all yes, you can install it through "install PKG" as usual.

Next you have to install updates in chain, i.e. 1.1 thrn 1.2 etc...

Not just 2.0, it must be in a chain...
