thank you windrider42 and ROOKI3 thats all i wanted to know. Its just that i wasn't sure if it was safe restoring after using my jb dongle since people had issues on cfw, so you guys are 100% sure its safe right.

As for you zippus 1233 you need to be more specific are you on cfw or ofw.

If on cfw (modified your console) you might want to post this on another thread to help get the issue cleared out better. If on ofw (original firmware un tampered with) then the way your doing it is completely wrong your going to need hardware flasher to downgrade back from such a high firmware. Unless someone finds a new method in the near future.
