How to understand the PS3 structure

Hi guys,

I started to learn programing in C++ and learning more about hexadecimal and arithmetik. It is very interesting for me and i really enjoy it.

I also want to learn more about the PS3 structure. What kind of basic skills are essential to better understand and to modificate a PS3?

Might want to start by playing with Linux on the PS3.

Or if you just want to understand more about its internals, memory maps, etc. An interesting read would be the SDK which was leaked to the internet 6+ months back..... if you can find it.
