How to install dynamic themes?

how do I install dynamic themes. I saw a resident evil 3D one floating around... I tried it w/ a thumb drive, external HDD but nothing... gives me an ** 3303022xxx error" I have my unit jailbroken. themes that end with .3pt or something like that do install properly... nothing (theme-wise) installs that end w/ .pkg...

I even created a directory on flashdrive: PS3/THEME/ inserted theme there but nothing... help pls?

Not possible any longer, as Sony blocked installing retail PKG files around PS3 Firmware 2.4 unfortunately.
