The rest of the file is null space, what's it from? RE5? I just don't think it's compressed due to the large amout of null space in there, which should have been removed by any form of compression I'm aware of.

well it looks like there's no encryption on them so you could try modify the PC re5 arc extractor but as far as I know no one is working on it and the header seems a little different from lxz.

i posted the contents of the file as its mostly null space above.
