How to change firmware from 3.42 to 3.41 on PS3?

I just checked and my PS3 has firmware 3.42. Is there a tutorial on how to change the firmware on the PS3 to 3.41 so I can use my blackcat USB? I see the firmware I need in the downloads section, is there a program to use with the firmware? Thanks

Nope, you can't downgrade as of yet... this has been asked a million times so I'm closing this thread now.
