Homebrew Applications screen scaling?

All the homebrew apps, like bakup manager, the ftp app and the compiled samples from the SDK, are incorrect scaled - looks like zoomed in a little bit. For example in Backup manager i can see only half of the text at the bottom.

I'm using the PS via HDMI at 1028p. Does somebody have the same problems?

Well, assuming 1028p is a typo = most screens have overscan, which will cut data off. See if your screen has a 1:1 pixel mapping mode, or even PC mode, and if so try to use that one!
